Hotel “Oasis Villa” is located in Balneological Resort Tskaltubo
The deal of the company “Oasis Villa” is being sold in order to make it wider and more developed. We have three different kinds of suggestion for the partnership.
30% (percent) deal of the whole hotel is being sold for $ 150 000 from which $ 80 000 will be spent on constructing of eight two-bed corteges, Sauna and Massage Room on this area.
50% (percent) deal of the whole hotel is being sold for $ 200 000 from which $ 80 000 will be spent on constructing of eight two-bed corteges, Sauna and Massage Room on this area.
In case of $ 250 000 investment the whole hotel with 100% deal will be in possession of a new owner-investor for five years. from which $ 80 000 will be spent on constructing of eight two-bed corteges, Sauna and Massage Room on this area.
The investor gets 5% of invested money annually and additionally to gets 20% of the profit for five years. After the period mentioned above the investor gets his invested money back and the hotel is returned back entirely to the former owner.
Hotel “Oasis Villa” was founded on 8 August 2017. Since then he has been very popular and successful. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful exotic garden that makes it even more attractive and desirable. There are 11 rooms (full capacity 40 person) bar, wine cellar, swimming pool and artificial lake where fishing is possible. (please see video )

The hole hotel area is 6500 m2, while the total area of the building is 580 sq.m.
Active seasons for hotel work are April-October when it works 80% load. In the rest of the months the hotel is paying its own expense plus average minimum winnings.
Oasis Travel is a subsidiary of hotel “Oasis Villa”, which carries out all kinds of tours in Georgia. The hotel has 6 Quadro in its area, which is used by Oasis Hotel for Extreme Tours. (please see video)
